Issue Based Experiences

Why dealing with different topics or issues, AIESEC learning environment supports you to:

Individual discovery and reflection: We allow members to address interesting questions through mentorship or learning circles – you get to ponder on what the impact of your actions can be in the future in that area?

Working in a team: We provide activities that enable more AIESEC Experiences to be lived around the topic of your interest by working in teams to provide exchange opportunities, preparing seminars and/or learning circles around the issue.

Learning Circles: We involve experts, members, alumni in the topic as well as other students of the university that are not part of AIESEC to group discussions around the topic.

We host conferences and/or seminars that are managed by the team working on the issue/topic. We provide opportunities for our members to attend external conferences/seminars around their topics of interest, a way that also motivates them and brings more knowledge to them around the issues/topics.

Virtual space : Constant usage of virtual spaces to gather more knowledge and interact with people of similar interest on our virtual platform allows us to bring as may viewpoints to the dialogues on issues as possible

We provide opportunities for our members to find mentors that have some expertise in the issue/topic that share that interest with our members.
AIESEC's passion and commitment to make the world a better place for everyone are inspiring.
